Facile synthesis of the bentonite/Cu NPs using aqueous extract of the leaves of Thymus vulgaris. Catalytic efficiency of synthesized bentonite/Cu NPs in the reduction/degradation of different organic dyes. The bentonite/Cu NPs have been successfully recovered and reused.
