We evaluated the genetic diversity of E. granulosus s.s. From northwest Iran and Turkey metapopulations. The statistically Fst value identify Echinococcus s.s. are genetically moderate differentiated among Iran and Turkey. This study reflects new insights for Echinococcus Gene flow in Iran-Turkey countries.
