We investigated head-up tilt test results and body mass index (BMI) in PD patients. Orthostatic blood pressure changes during the head-up tilt test correlated with BMI. BMI < mean − 0.5 SD was associated with an increased OH risk in elderly PD patients. Management of body weight may help for OH management in PD patients.
