Er3+-doped (Li,K,Na)NbO3 nano-ceramics with excellent UC PL properties prepared by spark plasma sintering

Er3+-doped (Li,K,Na)NbO3 nano-ceramics were synthesized by spark plasma sintering. Er3+ was introduced into the (Li,K,Na)NbO3 host to design multifunctional ceramics. Impact of doping content for Er3+ and inherent doping-mechanism were investigated. XRD and Raman results proved that Er3+ entered into A site of perovskite structure. The obtained UC PL property was resulted from the two absorbed photons process.
