Levels of proinflammatory cytokines IL-12, IL-17 and MIP-1β, as well as G-CSF were elevated prior to chemotherapy. Levels of six cytokines (IL-6, IL-12, IL-17, G-CSF, MIPS-1β, and MCP-1) varied markedly over time. Cognitive outcomes in multiple domains were associated with cytokine levels with notable changes over time.
