The organic dye random laser with Ag NPs as scatters were successfully fabricated. The concentration of reactant AgNO3 and the ratio of Ag NPs have been optimized. The lower threshold was obtained from Ag NPs scattered polymer films. The Ag NPs are coupled with thelasing emission to enhance the lasing efficiency.
