MPS signal amplitude: allows for MNP quantification in physiological environment. MPS signal shape: specifically detects changes due to MNP interaction. Correlation between changes in MPS amplitude and shape were found. MPS signal (shape/amplitude) correlation allow for a quantification correction. Reliable quantification result if the dynamic magnetic behavior of MNP do not change.
