No previous paper report on the use of synthesized MHalN for the NGB removal. The synthesized nanocomposites were characterized by FT-IR and FE-SEM. Under the optimum conditions, the calibration curve was linear in 1–50 μg mL− 1. Removal of nano-sorbent was done easily only with a magnet.
