Supercritical Anti-Solvent process is combined with pressurised fluidised bed. Nanoparticles of organic active are captured. Spherical morphology of naringin active coated on excipient surface. High coating loadings of active obtained. Release of active from excipient is enhanced compared to conventional fluidised bed.
