The low temperature heat capacity of CaMoO4 single crystal was measured.

Thermodynamic functions (entropy, enthalpy, and Gibbs free energy) were calculated.

The Debye temperature at absolute zero was calculated.

The characteristics of low-frequency part of the phonon spectrum were obtained.

The low-frequency “bosonic” peak in the phonon density of states was discovered.
