The magnetocaloric properties of Ni50Mn18Cu7Ga25 ribbon are transformation process dependent. Relatively lower value of maximum ΔSM but higher δTFWHM of the ΔSM curve for the direct martensitic transformation. The shape of ΔSM curves may depend on the martensitic phase evolution during heating and cooling.
