Thermal, optical and dielectric properties of phase stabilized δ - Dy-Bi2O3 ionic conductors

Dy doped Bi2O3 has been prepared by citrate auto-ignition method. Phase stability was achieved with varying dopant concentration. Optical band gap showed red shift with increasing Dy concentration. Dielectric and modulus relaxation followed same type of mechanism. Scaling of modulus spectra proved time-temperature superposition principle.
