Dielectric relaxation study of amines in 2,3-butanediol mixture using picosecond time domain reflectometry technique

The dielectric relaxation studies of amines-2,3-butanediols have been carried out in the frequency range of 10 MHz to 30 GHz at different temperatures using pico-second time domain reflectometry technique. The complex permittivity spectra of amines-2,3-butanediols mixtures were fitted in a Havriliak-Negami equation. The static dielectric constant (蔚0), relaxation time (蟿), Kirkwood correlation factor, the Bruggemann factor and thermodynamic parameters in the mixtures have been determined.
