Based on the dispersion relations, we clarify the formation and transformation among the acoustic phonon modes. The interface modes are given in large wave vector region, as well as their dispersion relations. The modifications of ternary mixed crystal effect on the dispersion relations and phonon modes of acoustic phonons are revealed.
