This study explores the Effect of a specific Nutritional Intervention on cerebral Glucose Metabolism in early Alzheimer's disease (AD). Forty drug-naive patients with mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia because of AD will be analyzed. Synapse function is explored using positron emission tomography with 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose including arterial sampling.
