Evaluated bioaccumulation of cyclic volatile methysiloxanes (cVMS) in Tokyo Bay, Japan. Alternative methods developed to calculate TMF that control bias and incorporate uncertainty. No evidence to suggest biomagnification of cVMS across sampled aquatic food web. Differences in bioaccumulation compared to other study areas attributed to non-uniform migration of organisms across spatial concentration gradients.
