An Extended Kalman Filter is presented to estimate the poisons concentrations. The Extended Kalman Filter (E.K.F) follows the actual system variables accurately. The comparison between the designed E.K.F, K.F and Luenberger observer was done. Results show the effectiveness and stability of the proposed observer.
