A multistage mini-channel heat sink is proposed to increase the cooling rate. Numerical simulations were done to verify the multistage mini-channel performance. The optimum structure is the triple stage that yields the largest heat emission among the multistage mini-channel. Multistage structure could improve the cooling rate with the small increase of the pressure drop.
