Low molecular weight oat beta-glucan decrease the IL-10 concentration in gastritis animals. High molecular weight oat beta-glucan causes high decrease of TNF-α in control and gastritis animals. Both MW fractions significantly support innate antioxidant defense of stomach tissue in both groups.
