Synthesis of 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-ones using Cu(OTf)2 under MW irradiation. Short reaction time, simple work-up and mild reaction conditions. Synthesis of 24 novel glycosyl triazolyl methyl quinazolin-4(3H)-ones. Compound 13l exhibited the most promising GLUT4 translocation activity.
