Tow V-substituted polyoxotungstate of piperazinium templates are synthesized. 3D-supramolecular networks are elucidated by X-Ray and Hirshfeld surface analyses. Optical, electrical and dielectric surveys are discussed. Promising antibacterial and antifungal activities are evidenced.
