Ternary organic solar cells based on PTB7-Th:DR3TBDTT:PC71BM activity system were prepared. The higher energy conversion efficiency of 9.25% was achieved doping DR3TBDTT. The doping of DR3TBDTT can improve the morphology of the device and the performance of the ternary organic solar cells.
