Temperature effect on Cu and chlorpyriphos (CHP) kinetics was studied in E. fetida. Chemicals were applied either singly or in binary mixtures. Temperature effect on kinetic parameters was more pronounced for CHP than for Cu. CHP inhibited acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity. No synergistic effect of the parallel CHP and Cu exposure on AChE was found.
