Item subsets that discriminate ADHD relate to core symptoms and social dysfunction. Four subsets classified children with ADHD with sensitivity/specificity of 87.5%. Item subsets that discriminate SLD involved core symptoms and time. Evaluation of the Vineland-II scores on item content categories is useful.
