Thermal buckling of general quadrilateral plates is accomplished. Material is heterogeneous, orthotropic, and auxetic (with negative Poisson ratio). The simply supported/clamped plate is resting on elastic foundation. Stability equations are transformed from geometric to computational coordinates. The resulting equations are solved by means of the differential quadratic method.
