Three dimensional electrospun PCL/PLA blend nanofibrous scaffolds with significantly improved stem cells osteogenic differentiation and cranial bone formation
3D electrospun PCL/PLA blend nanofibrous scaffolds were developed. These scaffolds had high porosity and interconnected hierarchically structured pores. Both hMSCs osteogenic differentiation and cranial bone formation were improved. The scaffolds could act as favorable synthetic ECM for bone regeneration.
