Probabilistic approach is proposed to quantify fatigue reliability behavior of shot-peened parts. The iso-probabilistic S-N curves (P-S-N) for different shot-peening conditions are implemented. The dispersions of the Wöhler material coefficients, the applied loading and the shot peening surface conditions are taken into account to assess the fatigue behaviour reliability of treated parts.
