We recorded the near infrared spectrum of 1, 4-dioxane with a resolution of 0.08 cm− 1.

Technique used is Fourier-transform cavity enhanced absorption spectroscopy.

The recorded data contains numerous weak absorption features.

The possible combination and overtone bands corresponding to selected spectral region are tabulated.

Weaker lines were enhanced above noise level due to increased effective path length of CEAS approach.
