Aging-induced hysteresis loop evolution of Ba(Ti0.99Mn0.01)O3 ceramics during ferroelectric-ferroelectric transition cycle

The aging-induced P-E loop evolution during phase transition cycle is investigated. The XRD and Raman patterns before and after aging are first investigated. The deformation of the aged lattice is larger than that of the unaged lattice. The crystal and defect symmetries during phase transition cycle are discussed.
