First genital human papillomavirus (HPV) seroprevalence study conducted in Singapore. 10.1% of the general population was positive for at least one of more HPV types 6, 11, 16, 18. HPV seroprevalence was significantly higher in females than males. Highlights need to increase HPV vaccine coverage amongst women.
