An improved simplified QMRA model and tool for pathogens in food (sQMRA2) is proposed. The model starts at retail and ends with no. of human cases. The tool presents intermediate outputs, attribution estimates and relative risks. sQMRA2 is useful to quickly obtain risk estimates and for educational purposes. Example calculations are given for Salmonella and Campylobacter in food products.
