TDCIPP promotes apoptosis and autophagy in SH-SY5Y cells. Autophagy inducer alleviates TDCIPP-induced apoptosis. Autophagy may regulate TDCIPP-induced neurotoxicity via a mechanism related to ROS generation and the activation of the AMPK/mTOR signaling pathway.
