N-type TiS2 nanocomposites including p-type nano-PbSnS3 were prepared by SPS. PbSnS3 in appropriate amount was mainly distributed along grain boundaries. Power factor was maintained with PbSnS3 addition, x ≤ 1 mol%. Thermal conductivity was lowered best with 0.5 mol% PbSnS3 dispersed at nanoscales. A maximum zT ∼0.44 was achieved in TiS2-0.5mol%PbSnS3 composite at 650 K.
