P. aeruginosa developed Ciprofloxacin resistance from low level to high level. Different Ciprofloxacin concentrations selected different mutants. Multiple cellular networks in P. aeruginosa were involved in Ciprofloxacin resistance. High level resistance was associated with upregulation of mexCD-oprJ efflux pump and downregulation of quorum sensing.
