Perceived oiliness, fat content, creaminess of fat stimuli evaluated by 170 mm VAS Females rated the perception of fat content and oiliness of milks higher. Ethnicity, obesity & adiposity status did not influence oral fat perception. CD36 rs1527483 plays a more dominant role in oral fat perception than rs1761667. CD36 rs1527483 & rs1761667 are not associated with obesity and adiposity.
