Lymphedema resulting from dynamic or mechanical changes of the lymphatic system. Trauma surgery is possible to develop lymphedema. Intensive treatment reduce the volume of leg edema prior to a surgery to replace a hip prosthesis in a patient with grade II leg lymphedema.
