A selective, sensitive, and accurate method has been developed for PFASs in serum. LODs were <0.01 ng/mL, 5× more sensitive than previously published methods. pH in mobile phase is critical for peak retention, separation, and resolution. Extensive cleaning is essential to ensure method reproducibility.
