The present study firstly reported exposure levels of PFASs in cord serum in Beijing, China. Non-significant association of PFASs and fetal growth in the present study may be due to relatively low exposure dose. For male infants PFHxS positively correlated with birth length, levels of PFUnA were negatively associated with birth length.
