Mn-Co-Ce/cordierite catalysts were prepared for low concentration chlorobenzene combustion. Mn8Co1Ce1/cordierite catalyst showed the best catalytic performance. The oxidation mechanism of chlorobenzene was proposed. The synergistic catalytic effect was validated by various characterizations.
