Performances of Y-type perfobond rib shear connectors were investigated through experimental and numerical method. Push-out tests covering wider ranges of design variables than previous studies were conducted. Numerical model for push-out specimen was adopted to evaluate various additional specimens. A formula to estimate the ultimate shear capacity was newly proposed based on experimental and numerical results. The proposed formula yielded consistently reliable results under various design variable combinations.
