Brain structure was studied in subjects with schizoid/schizotypal personality disorders. Greater white matter volume was found in the corona radiata and pyramidal tract. Differences remained for each group alone compared with controls. O-LIFE cognitive disorganization scores were associated with white matter changes. Alterations in motor pathways might be a biomarker for negative-like symptoms.
