Only clusters were found in ferrite after short isothermal time in the Ti-Mo steel.

Clusters were formed at the γ/α interphase interface.

Clusters formed after short time are mainly Ti-C.

Mo partially replaces Ti in nano-precipitate at the later stage of transformation.

Ti-Mo-C interphase nano-precipitates grow at the cost of solute clusters.
