During the last decade the results of the internal mammary artery (IMA) grafts in myocardial revascularisation have enhanced its application. We performed Colour-Duplex scan study in 14 patients two months after IMA-coronary artery bypass surgery. There were 9 male and 5 female patients and the mean age was 53.3 years (42-67 y.). The 5.0-8.0 MHz linear-array Colour-Doppler transducer was used.
