In all PFAAs, PFOS showed the highest cumulative potential in Oryzias latipes. PFAAs caused significant increase of vitellogenin expression only in last generation, F2. Fecundity was suppressed by PFAAs exposure as generation goes from F0 to F2. PFAAs caused sex ratio disturbance relative to control.
