Acid and basic pH values have been tested in pH induced flocculation. Total biomass recovery was achieved for pH 11, 11.5 and 12. Maximum biomass recovery around 60% was reached for acid pH values. Oil extraction was conducted by ultrasound and Soxhlet. Similar extraction yields were obtained with two methods.
