PFR metabolites were detected in all urine samples provided by pregnant women. Geometric mean concentrations were higher than for similarly-timed cohorts. Women with higher pre-pregnancy BMI had higher levels of urinary metabolites. PFR metabolite concentrations in urine vary seasonally.
