This study demonstrated a wax printing technique for fabricated quantitative G6PD assay. The colour intensity of TNBT of G6PD PAD is strongly correlate with G6PD activity (r2=0.87). The mean difference between biochemical G6PD activity and G6PD PAD was 1.4 U/gHb. G6PD PAD shows sensitivity higher than fluorescent spot test. This technique can be both qualitative and quantitative test.
