Conjugated polyene ethylene glycol lipids form monolayers at water subphase. Compressibility modulus of monolayers depends on the glycol lipids mole fraction. DPPC – glycol lipids complexes occur in mixed monolayers. Dipole potential indicate various orientation of the glycol lipids in the monolayer.
