文摘
Parental germline THC exposure dysregulates striatal genes related to synaptic plasticity in both F1 males and females. Gene expression changes show a developmental shift between adolescence and adulthood. Females have stronger alterations in mRNA co-expression patterns for synaptic plasticity genes in the dorsal striatum. Females with parental germline THC exposure exhibit decreased novelty seeking behavior, which is not observed in males.
