Bioaccumulation of pesticides: karst groundwater, high density of sinkholes, high deforestation. 30% of the population drinking water of wells and sinkholes polluted with pesticides. Women with uterine cervix cancer have high levels of OCPs in blood due to chronic exposure. Natural and social factor of risk to cancer, low risk perception from communities, lack of official programs.
